January 11, 2021: The Disney Parks Blog announced that Disney’s Extra Magic Hours will be replaced with daily Early Theme Park Entry as part of the 50th Anniversary celebration.
Extra Magic Hours are an exclusive benefit for the guests of the official Walt Disney World Resort hotels and select Disney World ‘Good Neighbor’ hotels, granting them access to a Disney theme park that is closed to the general public.

Also, though purchases and dining expenses at both the Swan and the Dolphin can be charged to your prearranged account, these charging privileges don’t extend beyond the Swan and Dolphin. Magic Kingdom can stay open until 2:00 or 3:00 AM during peak-season days with evening Extra Magic Hours, and you’ll have parts of the park to yourself after midnight when the morning larks have long since packed it in. However, be sure to check the closing times of rides and restaurants.
